  • About Junie

Is that your intuition talking, or is your trauma misleading you?

Trauma presents itself differently in everyone, whether it be PTSD from an accident, being part of an unhealthy relationship, losing a loved one, or many other things that you may not realize.

Together, we’ll uncover these traumas and practice different coping methods so you can live your life free of your stressors. And for those who are ready to live life without disturbing clinical symptoms, there’s EMDR intensive therapy.

As a first generation Filipino-American, I know how important it is to find comfort and safety while in therapy: to be able to speak freely, without fear of being judged or shamed. I encourage my clients to lead their sessions in a way that makes them feel most comfortable.

One of my driving forces as a therapist is to be able to inspire clients to break away from toxic relational and cultural dynamics. They are at the forefront of my desire to become exemplary in breaking generational patterns that no longer serve them.

In our work together we can create a happier, healthier life by understanding your trauma and strengthening the relationships around you. I see adults, couples and families in our practice and can render services in English/Tagalog. I am trained in EMDR and Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.

  • About Noemi

Sometimes, talking about your feelings is difficult, whether that's due to not having the words, not understanding how you feel, or simply not knowing where to start.

My approach in client care comes from an attachment and trauma-responsive perspective. I strive to listen, seek understanding, and create an environment where my clients feel heard and understood. With empathy and nurturing, I am able to assist clients in slowing down and creating an environment where clients feel safe to express themselves.

In my work, I have assisted children, adults, men, and families with young and adult children in identifying and naming barriers, and working through challenges to help them live their most fulfilled lives. In collaborating with men, I approach the therapeutic process with a focus on dismantling societal expectations, creating a space where they can explore and articulate their emotions without judgment, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.

In my work with couples, I believe in fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners can openly express their emotions, vulnerabilities, and concerns.

Understanding the complex dynamics of infidelity, I guide couples through the stages of healing, helping them rebuild trust, communication, and intimacy. Through tailored exercises and dialogue, I encourage them to explore the underlying issues that may have contributed to the affair while emphasizing accountability and responsibility.

As a Latinx first-generation bilingual woman, my experience and skills have informed my clinical approach and have helped me connect with diverse clients.

I see children, adults and couples at our practice. I can render services in English/ Spanish and I am a trained Sandplay Therapist.

  • About Porschia

Hi, I'm Porschia. I intentionally embrace diverse environments to continuously develop cultural competence in my practice. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, can be authentically yourself without fear of judgment, and leave each session feeling supported and validated.

In my work, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach grounded in client empowerment. I encourage curiosity and gentle challenges, allowing you to lead the process at your own pace. With couples, I foster collaboration to disarm conflict, deepen understanding, and build resilience for a more fulfilling relationship. When working with children, I use creative modalities to enhance communication while maintaining a supportive partnership with parents, recognizing their essential role in their child's growth.

For perinatal and postpartum care, I provide culturally affirming support tailored to the profound transitions of this season. I work with mothers navigating identity shifts, evolving relationship dynamics, the weight of mental load and invisible labor, and the complexity of postpartum anxiety and depression. This is a critical time that deserves space for processing, validation, and a grounding presence as you find your footing in matrescence.

In my EMDR practice, I guide you through trauma processing with trust, compassion, and stabilization, creating a safe container to support you through intensive treatment and helping you foster the resilience needed to move forward with greater clarity and ease.

TESTIMONIAL

"Junie and her team follow the protocol and truly cares about their clients"

"EMDR transformed my life. have been in therapy since childhood and it wasn't until I saw Junie for an EMDR intensive where I truly started healing my traumas and feeling emotionally and physically better.

EMDR helped me regain control, make changes in my relationships, manage my emotions better and lessen my anxiety. Junie and her team follow the protocol and truly cares about their clients, their safety and successes. I can't recommend this practice and EMDR intensive enough, my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner in my healing journey."
